When asked where I work, I answer with pride and say Flannels!
I joined the company in September 2007; Flannels has not only changed who I am it has changed my life. I belong to a company were my opinions count, my comments are taken seriously and my contribution is valued. It's a company where development is a key factor.
After being interviewed and inspired by the founder of the company Neil Prosser I decided to leave the job I had been employed in for the past twenty seven years.
I had worked for one of the most successful retailers on the high street before joining Flannels and for those twenty seven years I grew and developed within that company.
Moving to Flannels, a company where pride is based on exceeding customers expectations and delivering outstanding customer service is in a different league to our competitors. Being surrounded by and able to sell the most desired high end brands made me want to change my career.
Seven years down the line, and a Customer Care and Service Award under my belt, I have built a large high profile client base. These clients are not just customers, they have become good friends. This makes my job more enjoyable.
There is always room for progression. I joined as the ladieswear manager 7 years ago. I have progressed and become one of the top twenty sales people in the company consistently delivering the best service and exceeding my clients expectations, I have been assisting the Ladieswear Buyer on the European buying trips for the past two years in Milan, Paris, London and Florence!
I believe that passion, desire and commitment are what's needed to succeed in this job role.
