Flannels are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied you may need to return an item. In line with Distant Selling Regulations Flannels will accept the return of unsuitable items when returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Following Flannel's returns policy any items received outside of this time will only be accepted at the discretion of Flannels.
Please note that all products including shoes must be returned to us in a resalable condition with all original tags and in the case of shoes with the shoe box.
We do advise that all customers check items thoroughly upon arrival, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.
When returning an item you may use the Collect + service for all goods under the value of £250. Collect + is a pre paid service that costs £3.95. This value will be deducted from your refund when using this service. Please find the Collect + returns service information here. If you wish to return your parcel to us by another method please send to the address below with your completed Returns Advice Slip enclosed in the parcel. We recommend returning all items with a signed for, insured delivery service. Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Flannels and you will not be refunded for items we do not receive.
Please be aware that you will not receive notification when your return arrives at the Flannels address. This is the customer’s responsibility to trace. Please be advised that from date of receipt into the Flannels Returns Department it may take 5 – 10 working days to process your return and a further 3 – 5 days for refunded funds to clear into your account. At any rate no longer than 30 days from point of receipt.

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for items returned unworn and in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.
A valid receipt is required for all returns.
We regret we are unable to offer returns on swimwear or underwear.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
