There are few things you can count on in life, but the fact that a big black puffer jacket will always do bits in the colder months is one of them. But when that jacket is covered in the logo of the certified hottest brand in the world? That’s when it becomes a must-have. And that’s exactly what Miu Miu’s Crop Down Jacket is. And if you’re wondering how to style it, we’ve got you covered. Pair the larger-than-life puffer with an ultra-mini skirt (Miu Miu’s trademark), a crisp blue button down and add a bit of spice with Knee High Boots, glitzy Earrings and one of the brands cult Wander bags.
If there’s one jacket that’s caught the attention of the street style set this season, it’s this. The humble grey bomber jacket is quite literally everywhere right now. And it’s hardly surprising. It’s chic, it’s versatile and it taps into our new-found love for the humble hue (which was ignited on the AW23 runways). And this Givenchy number is the one to cop this season. Dunking the classic varsity jacket in all-over charcoal grey, it comes complete with brand detailing to the back. To style? Keep it classic with Loewe’s cult tank top, add a dose of statement denim via Givenchy’s two-tone jeans and take things up a notch with next-level accessories. Our favourites? The shimmering silver Voyou bag and the logo-heavy Mesh Mules.

Roast potatoes, Harry Potter movies, mulled wine and a Prada blazer? For Christmas 23, the Milanese fashion giants have refreshed the roster of Christmas classics with their Houndstooth Jacket. Taking its cues from old school, English menswear, Prada have refreshed the classic houndstooth blazer, and this time around, it’s a bit more Alexa Chung than Charles Dickens. In chestnut brown, cut to a boxy finish and finished with gold buttons ft. the Prada logo. Wear with the brand’s barely-there, plaid mini skirt you’ve been seeing all over your Instagram, chunky loafers and Prada’s It bag du jour, the Arqué Shoulder Bag in cognac brown.
Okay ladies, start your engines. For party season, heavy-duty, ride-ready leather jackets are all the rage. And for good reason. A staple in the wardrobe of fashion girlies the world over (think Kate Moss, Zoe Kravitz and Emily Ratajkowski) a leather jacket is equal parts edgy and effortless, making it a non-negotiable staple in every good wardrobe. And this season we can’t get enough of this iteration from Acne Studios – in jet black leather, cut to a crop with a puffed-up silhouette, it’s big, bulky and bad ass. To style? Khaite’s nearly-naked Grisella top, Acne Studio’s ruffled green Maxi Skirt, and a little added edge c/o the Attico’s slick black leather accessories, the Cheope Boots and the Nappa Bag.

Looking to add a bit of colour to lacklustre winter days? Allow Moncler to show you how it’s done. Equal parts classic and contemporary, the Panara Jacket riffs off ’80s Italian style, remixing it for today. The result? A waist-length, glossy, powder blue puffer that ticks all the right boxes. The way to style it? Paired with Moncler’s, all-black, cosy knit co-ord, obviously. Finish with a pair of chunky Chelsea boots for maximum impact.
Outerwear? It’s time to take it to the floor. Hot on the (literal) heels of the AW23 shows, for party season, we’re all racing to add floor-grazing, ankle-brushing coats to our wardrobe. And Loewe’s take is at the top of our wish list. Covered in the signature blur-effect pattern, it’s cinched at the waist, comes with statement lapels and falls straight down to the floor. And if a dressed-up-trench-coat is your thing, you’re in luck, because we’re wearing it with Khaite’s Torino Dress which is all business up top and party on the bottom thanks to the glittering, swooshing fringe skirt. For added impact, pair with Loewe’s Shearling Clutch and their Toy Pump Heels.
