SKI SEASON:

SKIWEAR TO HIT THE SLOPES IN

Paragraph

Author: Author Photographer: Photographer

Ski season, we missed you. After a long hot summer, it’s finally time to hit the slopes again. And we’re going big. Think larger-than-life snow boots, quilted ski sweatpants and head-to-toe ski suits that’ll look just as good on the slopes as they will back home. From Mackage to Moncler Grenoble, this is how to make your ski trip count this season.

Sparkly bags

1. BEST SKI JACKETS

The starting point for any ski look? A puffed-up ski jacket. Mackage and Holden got the monochrome memo with white jackets ft. cinched-in black waist belts and zips. Goldbergh’s Snowman Jacket in a pop of pink is the Barbiecore take on skiwear we didn’t know we needed. And if you want to keep things classic, opt for Mackage’s blacked-out Down Jacket.

2. BEST SKI BOTTOMS

For AW22, practical style is still reigning supreme. Case in point? These ski pants. Mackage have raised the slopes with their Aeyrn Sweatpants, which work just as well off the slopes as they will on. Fusalp have nailed that vintage sporty chic aesthetic with the Diana Ski Trousers and Perfect Moment’s Aurora High Waist Flare Pants have taken après ski antics to a whole new level.

3. BEST SKI SUITS

Want to avoid any unfortunate snow moments? Add an all-in-one ski suit to your list. Moncler Grenoble’s Tuta is the perfect design. Coming up over the shoulders, it’ll keep your trousers well and truly in place. While Fusalp’s Clarisse Ski Suit covers you from your ankles right up to your chin. Snug.

4. BEST SKI LAYERS

Just as important as what’s on the outside, your inner layers are key to keeping warm and looking good when you hit the après ski. Misbhv’s Active Cropped Top is on-trend enough to wear when there’s no longer a slope in sight, as is Goldbergh’s Ocelot Quarter Zip Top in a statement, all-over animal print. Icebreaker’s Merino Leggings in deep cherry are crafted in a tight fitted construction with pure merino wool so they’re guaranteed to stay firmly in place.

5.BEST SKI ACCESSORIES

Ski accessories are having a major moment (whether you’re going skiing or not). Starting with luxe ski goggles. From a full-on helmet by Goldbergh to Bottega Veneta’s sleek smoke Goggles, ski season style has been elevated to whole new heights. On your feet? Opt for OTT snow boots from Moon Boot. This pair in pale pink are good enough to wear all winter long.
