This Christmas, FLANNELS X, Oxford Street, is transformed into the ultimate shoppable house party. A multi-story concept space and ultra-loud partywear heaven featuring pop ups, events and immersive experiences, our London flagship has become the ultimate destination for partywear this season.

Bringing to life our ‘We Are The Party’ campaign, each floor is transformed with pop up rooms, from the Women’s Luxury Boudoir to the Beauty Bathroom.

Alongside events and activations, the space will also play host to new brands, hyped collaborations, the newly launched FLANNELS Home and, for the first time, FLANNELS Beauty.

All good house parties centre around the main event: the Christmas tree. FLANNELS X is no different. Housed in the entrance way, you’ll be greeted by a one-of-a-kind tree. Dripping in silver and topped with a big neon X, it’s the ultimate cherry on top.

Enter the party through the Luxury Living Room, where you’ll be greeted by bespoke festive displays, alongside an edit of must-have night out accessories, clothes and a dedicated gifting area, featuring Assouline’s iconic coffee table travel books.

Viral It bag of the year, Diesel’s 1DR, takes centre stage in a host of party-ready hues, from glittery denim to the colour of the season, silver, alongside FLANNELS exclusives, including the sought-after pink and red combo.

You’ll also find loafers from Duke and Dexter, looks from Palm Angels, Fear of God ESSENTIALS and Amiri and MCM’s cult monogram leather accessories. Take a seat on the sofa and get cosy.

Take a breath ‘outside’ in The Garden, where an edit of outerwear essentials is on display: from cult favourites to exclusive activations and much hyped collaborations. For one day only later this month, Belstaff will be collaborating with an artist to offer you the chance to win a personalised jacket. Stay tuned for more.

Here, you’ll also find newly launched The North Face, with the brand’s bestselling puffers and gilets available to snap up. And the long-anticipated GANNI x Barbour collab, which brings together British heritage classics and Scandi cool. Think leopard prints, big collars and a new logo applied to classic wax jackets.

Last, but not least, UGG x Telfar has arrived with a capsule collection of their iconic bags and boots bringing the best of the brands together.

Celebrating some of the biggest collabs of the season, the Luxury Streetwear Bedroom will be refreshed weekly with a series of hyped drops. First up, the PUMA x Fenty Avanti, designed by Rihanna. Drawing inspiration from the PUMA archive, it combines two iconic PUMA styles: the King football boot and the Easy Rider running shoe in two colourways. And the adidas Originals by Wales Bonner collection, ft. their sellout Sambas, of course.

As for its permanent residents, you’ll find streetwear heroes from the likes of Aries, Represent and the newly launched Avirex, with an edit of loungewear, athleisurewear and party-ready pieces.

The main attraction? Off-White’s sneaker wall, featuring a spectrum of the brand’s cult Out Of Office trainers. While games and cosy bedroom accessories from new arrival Jonathan Adler and Dolce&Gabbana – Casa sit alongside.

 For the first time, FLANNELS Beauty lands at FLANNELS X. Get party-ready with product from Charlotte Tilbury and an immersive GHD styling station. For fragrance-lovers, The House of Creed’s newest launch Carmina will feature alongside Millesime Imperial. And, for the first time, limited-edition FLANNELS Beauty Christmas Crackers go on sale with curated edits for beauty and fragrance obsessives alike, featuring the likes of Dr. Barbara Sturm, Augustinus Bader and Kylie Cosmetics.
