RETURNS

Flannels are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange, providing that you return the order to us within the returns policy stated below:

Unsuitable items must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt.
All items must be returned in a new, un-worn condition with all garment tags still attached.
We cannot accept any used items as returns and any such items will be directly returned to the purchaser.
We cannot accept shoes which are returned without the original box or where the box is unprotected in transit.
In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery or underwear unless they are unfit for purpose.
Please note that swimwear should be tried on over underwear and without removing the hygiene seal. If the hygiene seal is removed, your return will not be accepted.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
