Promotion:	Customer shall receive a Voucher when they make a purchase which has a total value equal to or in excess of the Qualifying Spend to use on future purchases.
Voucher:	£100 voucher for every Qualifying Spend (£500.00) across the Website, App and in store up to the Voucher Maximum (as defined below). The Voucher will expire 2 years from the date of issue*. *Vouchers will be valid from 8 December at 00:01 for all customers using Frasers Plus at checkout. For all other payment methods Vouchers will be valid from 5 January 2026 at 00:01. For purchases made on the Website/App the issue date will appear in an email which will be sent with the Voucher. For purchases made in-store, the issue date will be visible on the Voucher.
Qualifying Spend:	£500 spent in a single transaction on the Website/App, the in-store iPads or in-store during the Promotion Period (Exclusions apply). Where a product purchased is subject to a discount or promotion, only the amount actually paid shall be included in the Qualifying Spend.
Promotion Period:	00:01 on 21/11/2025 until 23:59 on 04/12/2025.
Voucher Maximum:	Each customer shall be entitled to a maximum of one (1) Voucher. For customers paying with Frasers Plus, the maximum Voucher value any one customer will receive is £200.00. For the avoidance of doubt, the customer will need to make two separate purchases using Frasers Plus with the Qualifying Spend across the Website, in-store or via the App to receive two Vouchers. For customers not using Frasers Plus and paying via an Alternative Payment Method (such as debit or credit card), the maximum Voucher value any one customer will receive is £100.00. The customer will need to make one purchase using an Alternative Payment Method to receive one Voucher. Exclusions:	This Promotion does not apply to: a) staff discount* (including purchases of staff uniform which received a discount); b) the full value of any purchase made using another promotion or discount code (e.g., where a product is subject to a buy one get one free offer or discounted, only the amount paid will be included in the Qualified Spend). The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion

1. During the Promotion Period customers who make a Qualifying Spend either via the Promoter’s Website, App, in-store or via an in-store iPad, will receive a Voucher to spend on future purchases.

2. The Voucher will be issued to the Customer via the email address provided when making the Qualifying Spend on the Website, App or using an in-store iPad and the issue date will appear in your transaction email.

3. Where the Qualifying Spend has been made in-store, you will be issued the Voucher at checkout and the issue date will be visible on the Voucher.

4. All Vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of issue.

5. The Promoter’s usual terms and conditions for gift vouchers apply in addition to these terms.

6. Vouchers can be redeemed on the Website, App, using an in-store iPad or in-store.

7. The Maximum Voucher Allowance applies across all purchases during the Promotion Period.

8. If an order qualifies for a Voucher and one or more products are later returned:

a. before the Voucher is used: the Voucher will be cancelled if the spend drops below the Qualifying Spend; or a new Voucher will be issued if still eligible. You will be notified by email.

b. after the Voucher is used: the value of the used Voucher will be deducted from any refund.

9. There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final.

11. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.

12. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

13. No cash or alternative available.

14. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by notice on this webpage.

15. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation.

16. The Promoter’s liability is limited to £50.00 unless prohibited by law.
