Use the soft-hold primer to amp up volume, then gently brush on the tinted brow cream to intensify. Our long-lasting formula resists sweat and smudging for up to 24 hours, so you can get from the conference call to last call without worries.
How to use : First, swipe a coat of primer from inner corners to outer edges to give brow hairs a boost. Then, layer on the tinted brow cream to naturally define and intensify the brows.
To add extra volume to needy brows, sweep the primer in a downward motion on brow hair, then brush up and through the hairs.
Follow up with the tinted cream for super-plush brows. Short strokes will help with precision. Combine primer/setting colour with any brow product for anyone who needs to amp up the volume.
