Vamp up glamour by using a Smooth Eye Colour Quad or Duo to add instant shimmer. Vibrant Chic Use the Peacock shade to define and brighten your eyes for a vibrant, modern look. Bright Eyes Apply the White shade to the waterline to open and brighten eyes.
