Our lanterns must be cleaned by hand and cannot be washed in the dishwasher. When cleaning the inside of the candle lantern, wash it with lukewarm water and mild detergent and remember to use a soft sponge or dish brush. To clean the outside, use a soft dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using sharp objects, chemicals or extensive polishing as this may damage the surface.
Do not expose your Hurricane to extreme temperature changes, for example a lamp that has been left outside or in a drafty window should not be cleaned with hot water before it has reached room temperature.
