THE CREATION Luminous matte skincare foundation was conceived by Gregoris Pyrpylis, creative director of Hermès Beauty, to deliver the perfect balance of high-performance make-up, effective skincare and a natural look. It evens out the skin instantly, blurring imperfections. Its 16-hour* long-lasting hold and its medium, buildable coverage enhance and restore the complexion's radiance. Over time, the skin is moisturized and regains its elasticity, while fine lines are visibly smoothed.

THE MAKE-UP RESULT With its luminous matte finish and fluid texture, the foundation offers a natural make-up result that resembles a second skin. Imperfections are blurred, and the complexion is radiant. The medium, buildable coverage evens out and enhances the complexion, all day long. The foundation resists heat, humidity and perspiration: once applied to the skin, the color remains true all through the day.

EFFECTIVE SKINCARE Formulated with an 82% skincare base, the luminous matte skincare foundation offers immediate and lasting results on the skin. Its moisturizing, revitalizing performance comes from a trio of active ingredients: niacinamide to nourish, smooth and improve skin quality, pure hyaluronic acid for moisturization and white mulberry extract (Morus alba L.), an antioxidant that plumps the skin while protecting it from oxidative stress. Two hours after application, 100% of people questioned found that their skin felt more moisturized.* With regular use: – 91% of people noticed an improvement in the overall appearance of their skin. – 85% of people said that their skin was firmer. – 87% of people said that their skin had regained its elasticity. – 82% of people said that wrinkles and fine lines had been smoothed out. – 86% of people said that their skin was plumper.

THE FORMULA This skincare foundation comprises 71% ingredients of natural origin. It has been formulated with rigorously selected active ingredients to enhance and care for the skin. The non-comedogenic formula has been dermatologically tested to ensure its suitability for all skin types, including the more sensitive ones.

THE COLOUR Gregoris Pyrpylis has created a range of shades to suit all skin tones, gracing every complexion with a perfectly balanced result that looks and feels like a second skin. Three undertones are available: warm (W), cool (C) and neutral (N), to bring out the full radiance of each skin tone. Which undertone suits you best? Warm (W): for skin with a pink, apricot or copper tone. Cool (C): for skin with a golden, ocher or bronze tone. Neutral (N): for skin with no particular dominant tone.

THE GESTURE To apply the luminous matte skincare foundation to the face, use the Le Perfecteur brush or the fingertips. The coverage can be adjusted by varying the amount applied, for results ranging from the most natural to the highly sophisticated. THE OBJECT The bottle was designed by Pierre Hardy, creator of Hermès Beauty objects. Its clean, graphic lines combine the circle and the square and are crafted in noble materials. The glass is partly frosted, partly transparent, playing with our perceptions. The black metal pump, engraved with the Hermès Paris signature, delivers just the right amount for one application. And the black and white metal cap with its jewel-like finish is decorated with the Hermès Ex-Libris in gold permabrass.
